The Power of Difference

Diversity is social responsibility for some, fiscal opportunity for others. For UPS, it’s both. UPS believes diverse suppliers that reflect the diverse markets we serve are invaluable–to our business, our customers and our communities. This is the power of difference.

Going into 2020 my team at UPS was tasked with making a flagship diversity, equity and inclusion campaign that would show the world the importance of DE&I and how UPS was making it a core initiative. The first step in this campaign was creating a video, one that could be used on social media, at supplier trade shows and used at executive speaking events.

The UPS team was comprised of Janet Stovall (Producer/Writer), Pito Monteagudo (Producer), James Rowe (Director) and Austin Josey (Art Director).

Awards: Telly Awards Gold Winner: General — Branded Content: The Power of Difference and w3 Awards Best in Show in Branded Entertainment-Public Service & Activism for Video.
